Acro Dance

At Barron Dance, our Acro Dance program blends classical dance technique with safe, progressive acrobatic training. Dancers build strength, flexibility, control, and confidence as they develop skills ranging from balances and walkovers to more advanced tumbling. With experienced instructors prioritizing technique, conditioning, and safety, the program supports both recreational and serious dancers, empowering students to discover the exciting fusion of art and athleticism.

With an emphasis on proper technique from the start, this class sets dancers up for success as they progress.

INTERMEDIATE ACRO

Emphasis is placed on blending tricks smoothly into dance choreography to elevate flow, confidence, and performance quality.
