Can I start at anytime?
Yes! Our program runs continuously throughout the year. If you join mid-month, your tuition will be prorated based on your start date. Students begin the next time their class meets after registration. If you need guidance enrolling in our program, please feel free to give us a call!
Is there an enrollment fee?
There is an Annual Enrollment Fee of $40 for the first student, and all siblings are free. This fee renews annually on the anniversary of your original enrollment and helps cover administrative costs and student secondary insurance.
How much does monthly tuition cost?
Our monthly tuition is $116 per student. We offer a sibling discount, multi-class, and homeschool discount at $106/month for each additional student or class.
How does billing work?
Tuition is automatically charged for the following month on the 25th of each month. If you need to withdraw, submit a withdrawal form by the 24th month to avoid being charged. Because we reserve your child’s spot, tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. We use a flat-rate system based on an average of four classes per month, regardless of whether a particular month has three or five lessons.
Is there a money-back guarantee or trial class?
At Barron, we believe that a child’s first experience in the water should be more than just a one-time trial. That’s why, instead of offering a free class, we invite new families to experience a whole month of lessons. This gives students the time to adjust, connect with their instructor, and develop fundamental skills. If, after the first month, you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund 100% of your tuition and enrollment fee—no questions asked.
How does the waitlist work?
We can’t sugarcoat it—we do have an extensive waitlist at all locations, and that speaks to the popularity of our program and the high demand for ninja classes.
Joining our waitlist is entirely free; you can join multiple waitlists simultaneously. Openings happen as students withdraw or change classes, and we contact families in order of waitlist position. You’ll receive a phone call and email notification when a spot opens, and you’ll have 24 hours to respond. In the meantime, we encourage enrolling in an alternate class if available. Once enrolled, your tuition will be prorated to reflect your actual start date.
What should my child wear?
Children should come to class dressed in safe, movement-friendly attire. Students should wear a T-shirt tucked into athletic shorts or pants—without any zippers, buttons, or snaps. All students must have their hair tied back, be barefoot in the ninja space, and refrain from wearing jewelry, chewing gum, or clothing that exposes the midriff.
Why year-round ninja classes?
Our year-round ninja classes help children build a strong foundation in agility, strength, coordination, and endurance—skills that translate to success in all sports and physical activities. Weekly training keeps kids progressing, boosts confidence, and enhances their overall athleticism. Whether your child is new to ninja or cross-training for another sport, staying active all year supports their long-term growth and performance in and out of the gym.
Do I need to complete an Activity Release Form for events at Barron Ninja?
Yes—all participants must have a signed Activity Release Form on file before attending any special event at Barron Gymnastics, including Open Gyms, Birthday Parties, and Camps. This form ensures we have the necessary emergency contact and liability information to keep your child safe while participating.
Click here to complete the Activity Release Form.
Please complete the form prior to arrival to help us streamline check-in and maximize fun during your visit! Only one form is needed per child, per calendar year.

What if I need to change my class time?
At Barron, we do our best to keep families at their preferred day and time as their gymnastics skills progress through the program. However, we understand that schedules change! If you need to switch your class time, our team will help you find a new option based on availability. If your preferred time isn’t open, we can place you on a waitlist and contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
What if my child misses a class?
Remember that missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled, and they expire when you withdraw from the program. Make-ups do not carry over if you re-enroll in the future. While we do our best to accommodate families, make-ups are not guaranteed during high-demand time.
What are your scheduled closures?
We follow a yearly calendar that includes a few scheduled breaks. These dates are built into our tuition structure, and most do not have make-ups, unless otherwise noted. View our full calendar online or at the front desk for current closure dates.
What happens during bad weather?
We do not follow school district closures. Weather-related updates are posted by:
- 7:00 AM for morning classes
- 2:30 PM for afternoon/evening classes
Notifications will go out via email, social media, and our mobile app. If we cancel class due to weather or other emergencies, already-paid tuition will convert into a make-up option, and no further charges will occur until we reopen.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Student skill evaluations are kept on file for one year from the withdrawal date, allowing your child to resume right where they left off if you choose to return. Your enrollment fee remains valid for one year from the payment date. Please note that any unused make-up classes are forfeited upon withdrawal from the program.
To begin the withdrawal process, please complete our Withdrawal Form.
