Can I start at anytime?
Is there an enrollment fee?
There is an Annual Enrollment Fee of $40 for the first student, and all siblings are free. This fee renews annually on the anniversary of your original enrollment and helps cover administrative costs and student secondary insurance. Please note, this fee is to be paid per location.
How much does monthly tuition cost?
Our monthly tuition is $119 per student. We offer a sibling discount, multi-class, and homeschool discount at $109/month for each additional student or class.
How does billing work?
Is there a money-back guarantee or trial class?
How does the waitlist work?
Joining our waitlist is entirely free; you can join multiple waitlists simultaneously. Openings happen as students withdraw or change classes, and we contact families in order of waitlist position. You’ll receive a phone call and email notification when a spot opens, and you’ll have 24 hours to respond. In the meantime, we encourage enrolling in an alternate class if available. Once enrolled, your tuition will be prorated to reflect your actual start date.

What if I need to change my class time?
What if my child misses a class?
Remember that missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled, and they expire when you withdraw from the program. Make-ups do not carry over if you re-enroll in the future. While we do our best to accommodate families, make-ups are not guaranteed during high-demand time.
What are your scheduled closures?
We close for a few scheduled breaks each year. These are built into the calendar, and most do not have make-up days, except where noted:
SOUTH COUNTY LOCATION:
- Labor Day – September 1–2
- Halloween – October 31 (open for morning classes)
- Thanksgiving – November 27 & only evening classes on November 28
- Barron Invitational – December 5–6 (make-up provided on 12/5)
- Winter Break – December 22 to December 26 & December 31 – January 1
BALLWIN LOCATION:
- Labor Day – September 1–2
- Thanksgiving – November 27
- Winter Break – December 24 to January 1 (make-up provided for 12/25, 12/26, and 12/31)
What happens during bad weather?
- 7:00 AM for morning classes
- 2:30 PM for afternoon/evening classes
Notifications will go out via email, social media, and our mobile app. If we cancel class due to weather or other emergencies, already-paid tuition will convert into a make-up option, and no further charges will occur until we reopen.
Are special events included in tuition?
What’s your cancellation policy?
Student skill evaluations are kept on file for one year from the withdrawal date, allowing your child to resume right where they left off if you choose to return. Your enrollment fee remains valid for one year from the payment date. Please note that any unused make-up classes are forfeited upon withdrawal from the program.
To begin the withdrawal process, please complete our Withdrawal Form.
